Svrha i program posete
Studijska poseta Evropskom Sudu za Ljudska Prava u Strazburu, Francuska, odr�ana je u sklopu aktivnosti uz finansijsku podršku Vlade Luksemburga u okviru Instrumenta za Razvoj Ljudskih Kapaciteta za evropsku integraciju kojim upravlja Ministarstvo za evropske integracije Republike Kosovo, kao dela poglavlja 23, odnosno dela o ljudskim pravima.
Poseta je imala za cilj pove?anje profesionalnih kapaciteta klju?nih institucija u primeni me?unarodnih mehanizama u podru?ju ljudskih prava, posebno Evropske konvencije o ljudskim pravima i prihvatljivosti slu?ajeva pred Evropskom Sudu za Ljudska Prava. Tokom posete u?esnici su imali priliku da se sastanu sa visokim slu�benicima Suda, kao i sudijama iz Albanije. Delegaciju je primila i g?a Mimoza Ahmeti u Kosovskom Konzulatu u Strazburu.

Kroz ovu posetu u?esnici su imali priliku razmeniti iskustva, unaprediti znanje iz ove oblasti, produbiti kontakte i saradnju; i njihovu profesionalnu obuku u primeni me?unarodnih mehanizama ljudskih prava.
