22. novembar 2016. godine – Ministarstvo za evropske integracije je organizovala dvodnevnu radionicu sa ključnim akterima sistema pravosuđa za povećanje efikasnosti u borbu protiv organizovanog kriminala i korupcije. U ovoj radionici učestvuju tužioci i sudije koji su angažovani u top slučajevima organizovanog kriminala i korupcije u okviru pratećeg mehanizma u borbi protiv organizovanog kriminala i korupcije.
Predstavnici iz Policije Kosova, Carine, Poreske administracije Kosova i Finansijske inteligencije su takođe deo ove radionice.
Radionica ima za cilj povećanje efikasnosti u pružanju rezultata u borbi protiv organizovanog kriminala i korupcije kao i njihovoj komunikaciji za javnost i za Evropsku Komisiju, kako bi se dokazao rad u ispunjavanju kriterijuma za liberalizaciju viza, kao i unapređenje u procesu integracije Kosova u Evropskoj Uniji.
Kao rezultat radionice se očekuje koordinacioni i usklađeni sastanak statističkih podataka koji dokazuju rad tužilaštava i sudova kao i unifikaciju i metodologiju prikupljanja ovih podataka. Vredi napomenuti da će se objasniti i precizirati kriterijumi odabiranja top slučajeva organizovanog kriminala i korupcije, šta podrazumeva njihovo prioritetno tretiranje od strane tužilaštava i sudova Kosova, kao i njihovo rešavanje na brz i efikasan način.
