Brisel, 25 novembar 2016 – Premijer Republike Kosova Isa Mustafa, učestvovao na prvom sastanku Saveta o stabilizaciji i pridruživanju EU-Kosovo.
Premijer Mustafa u svom uvodnom govoru rekao da je ovaj sastanak od velikog značaja na evropskom putu Kosova.
Premijer Mustafa je govorio i o značaju SSP, izražavajucÌi posvecÌenost Kosova da sprovede i preduzme reforme i intenzivira politički dijalog i saradnju sa EU.
„;Kosovo nije tražilo niti traži krači put ka EU, nego traži jednake mogucÌnosti kao i svih zemalja Zapadnog Balkana, u cilju ostvarivanja vizije buducÌnosti u Evropskoj uniji“;, rekao je premijer Mustafa naglašavajucÌi značaj liberalizacijae viznog režima za građane Kosova.
Dalje, tokom sastanka je razgovarano o pitanjima vezanim za dosdašnju implementaciju Sporazuma o stabilizaciji i pridruživanju, kao i drugim važnim procesima i zbivanjima na Kosovu i u odnosu na evropske integracije.
Kosovska delegacija na čelu sa premijerom Mustafa, Enver Hodžaj se sastoji od ministara, Abdulah Hoti, Skender Hyseni, Hykmete Bajrami i zamenice ministra Anila Statovci.
Sastankom je predsedavala Visoka ipredstavnica EU za spoljne poslove i bezbednosnu politiku, Federika Mogerini, e deo delegacije EU su komesar za politiku susedstva i pregovorie za proširenje, Johanes Han i drugi visoki predstavnici institucija Evropska unija institucije.
Isto tako, ranije je potpisan sporazum između Kosova i EU za učešcÌe Kosova u programima EU, od ministra Enver Hodžaj i visoke predstavnice Federika Mogerini.
Tom prilikom, visoka predstavnica Mogherini i ministar Hodžaj su procenili veliki značaj ovog sporazuma za Kosovo, koji Kosovu otvara velike mogucÌnosti za učešcÌe u programima EU-a.
