Priština, 25. oktobar 2013 – Ministarka za Evropske Integracije, Vlora Çitaku kao predsedavajuca Radne Grupe za Proces Pristupanja Kosova u Partnerstvo za Otvorenu Upravu i ko-predsedavajuci, g-din Fidan Kalaja iz Pokreta FOL (službeno Open Government Partnership –OGP ), danas su svecano otvorili sastanak Koordinacione Grupe za Proces pridruživanja Kosova u OGP.
Republika Kosovo je formalno poceo proces pristupanja OGP u julu ove godine, kada Vlada Kosova na sednici održanoj 9. jula 2013 godine, usvojila je odluku o pokretanju procedure pristupanja Kosova na Open Government, gde kosovska vlada je ovlastila Ministarstvo za Evropske Integracije da osniva Radnu Grupu i koordinira postupke procesa pristupanja, rad koji ce biti predvoden od strane MEI zajedno sa Pokretom FOL.
Ova koordinaciona grupa je sastavljena od javnih institucija, organizacija civilnog društva i predstavnika poslovnog sektora i odgovorna je za sveukupnu koordinaciju procesa pristupanja i priprema dokumenata i mehanizama za pristup Kosova u OGP.
Tema ovog sastanka je bila razmenjivanje ažuriranih informacija i raspravljanje oko procesa pristupanja Kosova u Partnerstvu za Otvoreno Upravu (OGP). Takode, deo ovog sastanka je bio i podizanje nivoa saradnje izmedu Vlade, civilnog društva i poslovnog sektora, za jednu otvoreniju, saradnicku, partnersku i transparentnu Vladu.
Ovom prilikom Ministarka Çitaku je rekla: „U ime Vlade Republike Kosova garantujemo potpunu podršku, sveobuhvatno predsedavanje, punu transparentnost za svaki korak koji treba preduzeti tokom ovog procesa, punu nezavisnost i izvesnost da odlucujuci organ za pripremu i odobrenje Nacionalni Plana bicete vi dragi clanovi Koordinacione Grupe. Takode, uveravam vas da c´e sve obaveze tokom i nakon pristupanja Republike Kosovo u OGP biti preduzete od strane Vlade Kosova. Želela bih da od danas tražim vašu pomoc tokom ovog procesa, a posebno ce biti izuzetno potrebno u procesu sprovodenja ovog plana, gde vaše nadgledanje i pomoc datim javnim upravama bice odlucujuce za uspeh u razvoju jedne otvorene i odgovorne Vlade.
