Brisel, 4. decembar 2018. – Ministarka za evropske integracije, Dhurata Hoxha, prisustvuje sastanku na visokom nivou u Briselu, koji je organizovan od “Friends of Europe”, na temu „EU-zapadni Balkan: Proširenje, integracije i izazovi transformacije“. U okviru ovog sastanka, sa interaktivnim diskusijama, prisustvovali su rukovodioci različitih institucija Evropske unije, kao i države sa Zapadnog Balkana koje teže integraciji. Ministarka Hoxha se nakon diskusije sastala sa Christian Danielsson, generalnim direktorom Evropske Komisije za politike susedstva i pregovora o proširenju i izrazila je duboku zabrinutost institucija i građana Kosova, nakon najave o kašnjenju liberalizacije viza, koju su građani Kosova očekivali, uprkos ispunjavanju 95 uslova iz mape puta. Ministarka Hoxha je naglasila da institucije EU-a treba da tretiraju isto i zemlje Zapadnog Balkana, jer prema njoj, sve zemlje imaju iste probleme i izazove, Kosovo ne vrši nikakve razlike, čak i mnoge oblasti koje se procenjuju u procesu integracije, ali i iz mape puta za viznu liberalizaciju, Kosovo je na veoma dobrom putu. Z. Danielsson, je naglasio da je Kosovo stvarno postiglo napredak i realizaciju uslova, ali su procedure EU takve, uz mnoge procedure, međutim naglasio je da u potpunosti podržava slobodno kretanje za građane Kosova.
