Brisel, 4. decembar 2018. – Ministarka za evropske integracije, Dhurata Hoxha, prisustvuje sastanku na visokom nivou u Briselu, koji je organizovan od “Friends of Europe”, na temu „EU-zapadni Balkan: Proširenje, integracije i izazovi transformacije“.
Proces evropskih integracija jedan je od glavnih ciljeva naše zemlje, jer imamo zajedničke vrednosti i principe Evrope, istakla je ministarka Hoxha u uvodnom govoru.
Nema sumnje da smo sigurno najproevropskija zemlja u Evropi, potencirala je ministarka Hoxha, ali pitanje je da li se Evropska unija stara da se Kosovari osečaju delom Evrope i njenih vrednosti, što se ne čini da je tako.
Zatim, Ministarka Hoxha je elaborisala pitanje viza.
„Kao što je potvrđeno od strane Evropske komisije, Kosovo je ispunilo svih 95 kriterijuma iz mape puta ponuđene 2012. godine. Glasanje u Evropskom parlamentu bilo je veoma ohrabrujuće za nas, napredovanjem još jednim korakom prema konačnom cilju, a to je slobodno kretanje građana Kosova. Za razliku od drugih zemalja u regionu, Kosovo je imalo 95 kriterijuma za ispunjavanje, najveći broj kriterijuma. Kosovo je uradilo domaći zadatak ispunjavanjem svih 95 kriterijuma koji nisu bili laki „, istakla je ministarka Hoxha.
Pre oko 5 meseci, navela je Ministarka, Evropska Komisija je potvrdila ispunjenje kriterijuma od strane Kosova a Kosovo nema rezultate, čak i nema opravdanih objašnjenja zašto EU nije u stanju da održi svoje obečanje i poštuje svoja pravila i procedure.
”Već 20 godina verovali smo da će institucije EU-a učiniti sve što mogu kako bi održali evropsku perspektivu naše zemlje, kao i za čitav region, dinamičnu, konkretnu i dostižljivu ali to izgleda nemoguće u ovoj fazi i možete zamisliti koliko je to obeshrabrujuće za naše građane”, istakla je ministarka Hoxha i dodala kako da veruje u proces proširenja i konsenzus EU-a za proširenje sa zemljama Zapadnog Balkana ako EU ne može pružiti tehnički odgovor kao što je liberalizacija viza”.
Ministarka Hoxha izrazila je zabrinutost jer je Kosovo jedina izolovana zemlja na Zapadnom Balkanu sa samo potpisanim SSP-om, naglašavajući male šanse da Kosovo ubrzo dobije evropsku perspektivu.
“Kosovo radi sve kako bi ispunilo standarde, principe i vrednosti EU, međutim izgleda kao da se mi približavamo Evropi a da ona beži od nas”, naglasila je Ministarka Hoxha naglašavajući opasnosti od globalnih agresivnih politika koje utiču svojim agendama u regionu ali i na kapacitete Zapadnog Balkana da se odupru tom uticaju.
