London, 24. februar 2015. godine – Ministar za evropske integracije, Bekim Çollaku, sastao se u Londonu sa Državnim ministrom za evropska pitanja Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva, g. David Lidington. Na ovom sastanku su diskutovani mnogi aspekti saradnje i odlicnih odnosa izmedu dve zemlje sa fokusom na razvoje koja se povezuju sa procesom evropskih integracija Republike Kosovo. Takode, na sastanku se diskutovalo i o dijalogu za normalizaciju odnosa izmedu Republike Kosovo i Srbije olakšanog od strane Evropske Unije i daljim koracima koji se ocekuju da se preduzmu u okviru ovog procesa. Ministar Çollaku je nakon što se zahvalio ministru Lidington na kontinuiranoj podršci Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva u unapredenju evropske agende, još jednom potvrdio posvecenost Vlade Republike Kosovo za preduzimanje potrebnih sektorskih reformi u pogledu procesa evropskih integracija kroz poboljšanje ekonomije, stvaranje novih radnih mesta i kroz poboljšanje kvaliteta i perspektive života naših gradana. Ministar Çollaku je naglasio da ce ova agenda reformi biti dinamicnija cim se stvore nove mogucnosti saradnje izmedu EU-a i Kosova sa ugovornom osnovom SSP-a i postizanja okvirnog sporazuma za pristup Kosova u programima EU-a. Ministar Lidington je potvrdio nastavak podrške Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva za Kosovo u procesu evropskih integracija, ukljucujuci potpisanje SSP-a tokom ove godine i njegovim stupanjem na snagu 2016. godine. Ministar Çollaku je takode održao još jedan sastanak sa predstavnicima Ministarstva Inostranih Poslova Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva, odnosno sa Direktorom za Balkan, g. Paul Gaskell, Zamenikom direktora g. Peter Bainbridge i Šefom deska za Kosovo, g. Dashiell Caldëell.
