Priština, 19. mart 2014 – Ministarka Çitaku je prisustvovala ceremoniji primopredaje 117 instrumenata, koje je japanska vlada donirala Kosovskoj Filharmoniji.

Pozdrav učesnicima (od strane Japana /JICA, je ambasador Makoto TAKETOSHI, gos. Mayu ITO, sekretarica ambasade i gospodin. Toshiya ABE, rezidentni predstavnik kancelarije JICA za Balkan.
Čast je za MEI da prisustvuje današnjoj ceremoniji, a ja bih želela da izrazim našu iskrenu zahvalnost prema japanskom narodu.
Što se tiče koordinacije japanske zvanične razvojne pomoći, MEI je blisko sarađivalo sa kancelarijom JICA na Balkanu, kako da se identifikuju aktivnosti saradnje, nakon bilateralnih odnosa između Kosova i Japana u 2009. Od tada, ova je druga pomoć u obliku granta koja je naša zemlja dobila od Japana, nakon davanja kamiona za odnošenje smeća preko Projekta za poboljšanje upravljanja čvrstim otpadom u 2012.
Dok je naša saradnja rasla u oblasti životne sredine i razvoja ljudskih resursa, veoma visoko cenimo posebnu pažnju Japana, ne samo u razvojnoj pomoći, nego i u oblast kulture.
Upravo u oblast muzike, svedoci smo sve veće saradnje između Kosova i Japana, angažovanjem gospodina Yanagisawa, japanskog dirigenta u Kosovsku Filharmoniju od 2007 godine.
Osim ove duge saradnje, dolazak i upotreba novih muzičkih instrumenata, proizvedene na poseban način će još više dokazati naše prijateljstvo, i da će doprineti razvoju nove generacije kosovskih muzičara ubuduće, a to se mnogo ceni od strane Vlade.
Još jednom, želim da izrazim našu iskrenu zahvalnost naše vlade prema Japanu, kao i velika očekivanja za dalju saradnju između Kosova i Japana.
