Priština, 27. mart 2018 - Danas je održana diskusija „Kosovo, predsedavanje Saveta EU-a i nova Strategija zapadnog Balkana – šta možemo očekivati“, u kojoj su učestvovali Dhurata Hoxha, ministarka za evropske integracije, Nataliya Apostolova, šefica kancelarije EU-a, Nedyalcho Danchev, ambasador Bugarske, Gernot Pfandler, ambasador Austrije i moderator Augustin Palokaj, u organizaciji nemačkog GIZ-a.
U uvodnom govoru, ministarka Hoxha je naglasila da je objavljivanje Strategije proširenja pre nekoliko nedelja, bila dobra vest za Kosovo i region uopšte, jer Kosovo ima jasniji svoj stav, a zemlje zapadnog Balkana imaju evropsku perspektivu, pod uslovom da se preduzmu odgovarajuće reforme.
„Činjenica da EU tretira proces pridruživanja Kosova EU-u, odvojeno od Srbije, za nas je priznanje državnosti Kosova, uprkos nepriznanja od strane nekih članica EU-a i otpora koji su neke države pokazale da Kosovo uopšte ne bude uključeno u ovu strategiju“, rekla je ministarka Hoxha, dodajući da su reforme koje se zahtevaju od Kosova suštinske i utiču na najvažnije sektore, jasno definisane u Sporazumu o stabilizaciji i pridruživanju, Evropskoj agendi za reformu i Programu ekonomskih reformi.
„Kosovo treba da se fokusira na jačanje vladavine zakona, bezbednost i migraciju, socijalni i ekonomski razvoj i odnose sa susednim državama.
Sve oblasti u kojima Strategija Evropske komisije zahteva fokus i napredak su neophodni za Kosovo. Činjenica da su se ove oblasti eksplicitno pominjale trebalo bi mobilisati kosovske institucije za intenzivniji rad za reforme“, naglasila je ministarka Dhurata Hoxha.
Ova strategija, rekla je ministarka, jasno je stavila do znanja da EU neće uvesti probleme, što je poruka Srbiji da bi trebalo nastaviti dijalog sa konkretnim ciljevima i neće biti u mogućnosti da se pridruži EU-u bez rešavanja problema sa Kosovom. Ova strategija, naglasila je ona, pokazala je Srbiji da je dijalog neophodan za obe strane, a to je veoma važno zato što Srbija treba da shvati da će dijalog biti zaključen samo uz obostranu prihvatljivu saglasnost.
„Tokom bugarskog i austrijskog predsedavanja, ove godine, smatram da bi fokus trebalo da bude usmeren na sprovođenju ove Strategije i na način na koji će Kosovo imati koristi, gde svakako očekujemo podršku obe zemlje“, rekla je ministarka Hoxha, ukazujući da Kosovo očekuje beskrajnu podršku, posebno u preduzetim reformama koje nesumnjivo moraju da odražavaju ono što Strategija zahteva.
Koordinacija će biti dobrodošla u pogledu ključnih reformi koje će se preduzeti tokom ove godine, istakla je ministarka Hoxha i smatra da će zajednički rad omogućiti zadovoljavajuće rezultate i napredak na Kosovu tokom 2018. Godine.
U ovoj diskusiji učestvovali su i građani koji su doprineli ovom pitanju, a na kraju su doneseni zaključci.
