Priština, 8. jun 2018 – U razgovoru na okruglom stolu na temu “Izveštaj Evropske komisije za Kosovo 2018”, ministarka za evropske integracije, Dhurata Hoxha, razgovarala je o inkluzivnosti u ovom procesu, o zabeleženim dostignućima i o izazovima koji proizilaze iz Izveštaja.
Na ovom okruglom stolu, sa tematskim doprinosima učestvovali su Mentor Sahiti, Arben Hoti, Visar Azemi, Shpend Emini, koji su zajedno sa ministarkom Hoxha učestvovali u raspravi i odgovorili prema oblastima njihovog interesa, predstavljenim za stolom.
Kosovske institucije rade u svim mogućim pravcima da bi napredovale u procesu evropskih integracija, naglasila je ministarka Hoxha, istaknuvši prednosti i nedostatke koji se odražavaju u Izveštaju o zemlji za 2018. godinu, koji se ozbiljno tretiraju.
“Radimo u nekoliko pravaca sa posebnim naglaskom na vladavinu prava, ekonomski razvoj i ispunjavanje evropskih standarda. Kao što znate, Skupština Kosova 30. maja 2018. usvojila je revidirani Nacionalni plan za sprovođenje SSP-a za period 2018-2022. Za 2017. godinu ovaj plan je ispunjen sa 62%”, istakla je ministarka Hoxha.
U oblasti Vladavine prava, ministarka Hoxha je napomenula da radimo na ispunjavanju obaveza koje proizilaze iz Agende evropskih reformi, Nacionalni plan za sprovođenje SSP-a i izazovi Izveštaja o zemlji.
“Fokus je na politike i zakonodavstvo, konsolidaciji institucionalnih struktura i poboljšanju sprovođenja zakona. Reforma javne uprave se odvija u punom koordiniranju sa EU. Jačanje sektora Vladavine prava imaće pozitivan uticaj na zaključivanje procesa liberalizacije viznog režima, stvaranje povoljnijeg okruženja za strane kompanije i investicije”, istakla je ministarka Hoxha.
Vlada radi na usklađivanju kosovskog zakonodavstva sa zakonodavstvom EU-a, jačanju institucionalnih struktura, koje bi povećale nivo među-institucionalne saradnje, a time i nivo sprovođenja zakona, rekla je ministarka Hoxha, dodajući i izazove u oblasti životne sredine.
“Kosovo je deo mnogih različitih inicijativa, poput Berlinskog procesa, Investicionog okvira za zapadni Balkan, koji imaju za cilj razvoj Kosova i regiona u mnogim pravcima, a naročito u infrastrukturnim projektima”, naglasila je ministarka Hoxha i zahvalila se GIZ-ovom projektu za podršku koji daje u guranju napred evropske agende. Na kraju, zajedno sa članovima panela, ministarka Hoxha je odgovorila na pitanja postavljena na ovom okruglom stolu, sa naglaskom na liberalizaciju viznog režima, proces integracije, sprovođenje SSP-a i svestrane reforme za ovaj proces.
