Priština, 8 novembar 2013 – Ministarka za Evropske Integracije, Vlora Çitaku, u pratnji vršilaca dužnosti Ministra Trgovine i Industrije g-dina Bernard Nikaj, i prateće delegacije su bili u poseti Albaniji.
Ovom prilikom su bili dočekani od Ministarke za Evropske Integracije Albanije, g-đe. Klajda Gjosha; da bi nastavili posetu odvojenim sastancima sa premijerom Albanije, gospodinom Edi Ramom a potom Ministrom Inostranih Poslova, gospodina Ditmir Bushatija.
Na sastanku sa ministarkom Gjosha razgovarano je o bilateralnim odnosima i za što bližu saradnju oko procesa evropskih integracija. U više detalja je razgovarano o procesu pregovora o SSP i iskustvu koju je Albanija imala u prošlosti. Obe ministarke su cenile dosadašnju razvoj saradnje, i obećale da je i dalje potrebno unaprediti koordinaciju kako bi imali što bolju koordinaciju tokom procesa evropskih integracija i napredovanje agende za obe naše zemlje.
Nakon sastanka, dve ministarke integracija su održale konferenciju za novinare gde su govorile o detaljima sporazuma za unapređenje saradnje.
Ministarka Çitaku je ovom prilikom izjavila da: „Albanija i Kosovo dele istu viziju u pogledu evropskih integracija. Naše strateško partnerstvo i naše zajedničke prioritete treba i dalje da se institucionalizuju kako bi se napredovali više na našem putu ka EU.“
Od svoje strane Ministarka Gjosha je rekla: „Saradnja između naše dve zemlje će neminovno nastaviti i ubuduće. Mi ćemo se usredsrediti više na identifikovanju specifičnih i konkretnih projekata koji bi mogli povećati saradnju“.
Na sledećem sastanku, ministarka Çitaku, je informisala premijera Albanije, gospodina Edija Ramu, o najnovijim događajima na Kosovu, o održanim slobodnim i demokratskim izborima, po prvi put posle 14 godina na celoj teritoriji Kosova. Ministarka je govorila i o toku pregovora sa Evropskom unijom za Sporazum o stabilizaciji i pridruživanju, i za napredak procesa liberalizacije viza za Kosovo.
Sa svoje strane premijer Albanije, g-din Edi Rama, obećao svu podršku Vlade Albanije za sve procese preko kojih prolazi Kosovo i poseban akcenat će se dati podršci Kosova za proces evropske integracije u cilju da se dele sva iskustva Albanije sa Kosovom. „Kosovo je dobro napredovalo u ovom procesu zato ćemo podržati ovaj zamah kako bi bilo najbolje završeno“, rekao je za kraj Premijer Rama.
Na sastanku sa Ministrom Inostranih Poslova, gospodinom Ditmir Bushati, Ministarka Çitaku je govorila o međunarodnom subjektivitetu Kosova, postignutom napretku sa nekoliko priznavanja poslednjih nekoliko meseci, i takođe, što je veoma važno, uključivanje Kosova u međunarodne organizacije. U ovom slučaju je takođe razgovarano i o dešavanjima u regionu. Takođe, Ministarka Çitaku je informisala ministra Bushatija o napretku pregovora u Briselu i za stečeni kredibilitet Kosova zbog njegovog konstruktivnog pristupa ovom procesu.
Ministar Bushati je garantovao Ministarki Çitaku nepromenjen i stabilan stav Albanije za podršku ovoga dijaloga, kao i razgovore između dve susedne zemlje, suverene i nezavisne, i podršku za sve procese u međunarodnoj areni koju Albanija može pružiti Kosovu.
A poslednji sastanak održan za danas Ministarke Çitaku je bio sa Ministrom za Ekonomski Razvoj, Trgovinu i Preduzetništvo, g-dinom Arben Ahmetaj, gde je razgovarano o organizovanju zajedničkog sastanka između dve naše vlade ovog meseca. Za ovo pitanje postoji obostrana saglasnost i to je inicijativa oba premijera da se koordinacija naših agendi odražava sa što više pozitivnih rezultata i zajedničkih uspeha.
