Priština, 2. mart 2017 – Ministarka evropske integracije, Mimoza Ahmetaj, dočekala je danas na sastanku Ambasadora Republike Albanije na Kosovu, g. Qemal Minxhozi, s kojim je razgovarala o ojačanju saradnje između Republike Kosova i Republike Albanije.
U detalje se diskutovalo o unapređenju evropske agende naših dveju zemalja, i povećanje promovisanja sa dostignućima izgradnje države Kosova.
Isto tako, diskutovalo se i o pitanju regionalne saradnje između država zapadnog Balkana, pošto je među naj naglašenim temama u okviru sporazuma o stabilizaciji i pridruživanju.
Ministarka Ahmetaj zahvalila se ambasadoru Minxhozi na poseti i saradnji, i zahvalila se Albaniji, na značajnom doprinosu i kontinuiranoj podršci Republici Kosovo, pogotovo neprekidnoj diplomatskoj podršci.
Isto tako, ministarka Ahmetaj obavestila je ambasadora o ciljevima ministarstva, vezano za proces evropske integracije, trenutnog razvoja institucije i društva Kosova u sprovođenju SSP-a, procesu koji se nadovezuje sa evropskom agendom Kosova, od razvoja geostrateških politika, razvoja u regiji pa sve do slobode kretanja građana Kosova, itd.
Albanski ambasador, Qemal Minxhozi zahvalio se ministarki Ahmetaj na bratskom dočeku, i izjavio je spremnost Albanije kako bi podržala Kosovo u integraciji i ekonomskom razvoju ne samo u regiji već i u međunarodnoj areni.
