Prishtinë, 24 Tetor 2012 – Me ftesë të Ministrisë së Financave, dhe në bashkëpunim me Ministrinë e Integrimit Evropian, është mbajtur takimi i Komisionit Ekzekutiv për ekonomi, kontrollë Financiare dhe Statistika.
Ne këtë takim kanë marrë pjesë zyrtarë të institucioneve qendrore të Republikës së Kosovës dhe përfaqësues të Zyrës së BE-së në Prishtinë. Takimin e kryesuan Sekretari i Përgjithshëm i Ministrisë së Financave Z. Naim Baftiu dhe Sekretari i Përgjithshëm i Ministrisë së Integrimit Evropian, Z. Demush Shasha.
Gjatë takimit përfaqësuesja nga Zyra e Bashkimit Evropian në Prishtinë, znj. Radica Nusdorfer, bëri prezantimin e të gjeturave kryesore të Studimit të Fizibilitetit në kuadër të sektorëve që mbulon Komisioni Ekzekutiv për Ekonomi, Kontroll Financiar dhe Statistika”.
U diskutua për progresin e bërë nga institucionet e Republikës së Kosovës sa i përket ruajtjes së stabilitetit ekonomik dhe financiar, hapave të ndërmarrë drejt konsolidimit fiskal dhe ruajtjes së nivelit stabil të borxhit publik. Gjithashtu u me këtë rast u elaboruan edhe përparimet e bëra nga aspekti i kornizës legjislative dhe rregullatore siç janë; pakoja legjislative për privatizim, ligji për bankat, institucionet mikrofinanciare dhe institucionet financiare jo-bankare, masat e marra në kuadër të reformës së të “Bërit biznes”, dhe përmirësimi i infrastrukturës statistikore (përfshirë krijimin e Këshillit Statistikor).
Ne takim po ashtu është diskutuar për objektivat dhe hapat konkrete që duhen ndërmarrë në planin afatmesëm në mënyrë që institucionet që mbulojnë këto fusha të jenë në gjendje t’i përmbushin obligimet që do të dalin nga Marrëveshja e Stabilizim-Asocimit. Më konkretisht, u elaboruan të gjeturat dhe sfidat e dala nga Studimi i Fizibilitetit për sektorët që mbulohen nga ky Komision Ekzekutiv që kanë të bëjnë me; konsolidimin e mëtejmë fiskal, politikat ekonomike të orientuara në treg që kanë për qëllim eliminimin e pengesave për zhvillim të sektorit privat dhe investimeve të jashtme, avancimin e kornizës legjislative dhe rregullatore për ambientin biznesor dhe NVM, përfshirë këtu edhe hapat për implementimin më efikas të saj, forcimin e kapaciteteve për prodhim adekuat kualitativ dhe kuantitativ të statistikave, dhe avancimin e auditimit të brendshëm dhe të jashtëm. Institucionet përkatëse deklaruan se tashmë kanë filluar punën për hartimin e veprimeve që do të adresojnë te gjeturat në fushat respektive.
