Severna Mitrovica, 28. septembar 2017 – Ministarstvo evropskih integracija i Informativni i kulturni centar EU-a, održali su informativnu sesiju u Severnoj Mitrovici, gde je predstavljen pristup Kosova u okviru programa “Kreativna Evropa”.
Direktor Kancelarije za komunikaciju i informisanje, Flamur Salihu, govorio je o procesu konsultacija sa civilnim društvom, poslovnom zajednicom i javnim institucijama, što je rezultiralo odabirom nekoliko programa za koje se očekuje da će Kosovu biti omogućen pristup. Na početku godine održano je niz javnih diskusija, a takođe je razvijena analiza iskustava u regionu, pri čemu je identifikovano četiri programa u kojima će Kosovo imati pristup, za koje se smatra da ima veće apsorpcionih kapaciteta, kao što su: Erasmus+, COSME, Kreativna Evropa i Evropa za građane.
Direktor Odeljenja za razvojnu pomoć, Florim Canolli, objasnio je proces za apliciranje organizacija koje su kvalifikovane da učestvuju u programu Kreativna Evropa. Posebno je naglašen značaj ranog apliciranja, počev od stvaranja partnerstva između organizacija iz različitih zemalja, u skladu sa kriterijumima poziva za podnošenje predloga.
Takođe, najavljeno je da se očekuje da do kraja godine počinje sa radom projekat Tehničke asistencije, koji se finansira fondovima EU-a, a koji će pomoći javnim institucijama u procesu koordinacije podnosiocima aplikacija, kako bi mogli da apliciraju u ovim programima.
Prisutni su bili studenti, organizacije civilnog društva i umetnici koji su pokazivali veliki entuzijazam za ovu pruženu mogućnost i zatražili su dodatne detalje kako bi bili spremni za apliciranje na početku 2018. godine. Ministarstvo evropskih integracija i Kancelarija EU-a u narednom periodu će organizovati razne informativne aktivnosti o programima EU-a, kako bi se građani pripremili i aplicirali sa njihovim aktivnostima u programima EU-a.
