Mitrovicë Veriore, 28 shtator 2017 – Ministria e Integrimit Evropian dhe Qendra Informative dhe Kulturore e BE-së, mbajtën një sesion informues në Mitrovicën Veriore, ku u prezantua qasja e Kosovës në kuadër të programit “Evropa kreative”.
Flamur Salihu, Drejtor i Zyrës për Komunikim dhe Informim, tregoi për procesin e konsultimit me shoqërinë civile, bizneset dhe institucionet publike, që ka rezultuar me përzgjedhjen e disa programeve për të cilat Kosova pritet të ketë qasje. Në fillim të vitit, janë mbajtur një sërë diskutimesh publike, dhe gjithashtu është zhvilluar një analizë e përvojave në rajon, me ç’rast janë identifikuar katër programe ku Kosova do të ketë qasje, për të cilat konsiderohet se ka më shumë kapacitete absorbuese siç janë: Erasmus+, COSME, Evropa kreative dhe Evropa për qytetarët.
Florim Canolli, Drejtor i Departamentit të Asistencës Zhvillimore, shpjegoi procesin e aplikimit të organizatave që janë të kualifikuara për të marrë pjesë në programin Evropa kreative. Veçanërisht u theksua rëndësia e aplikimit të hershëm, duke filluar me krijimin e partneriteteve ndërmjet organizatave të vendeve të ndryshme, në pajtim me kriteret e thirrjeve për propozime.
Gjithashtu, u njoftua që pritet që deri në fund të vitit të fillojë punën një projekt i Asistencës Teknike, i financuar nga fondet e BE-së, që do të ndihmojë institucionet publike në procesin e koordinimit me aplikantët për të aplikuar në këto programe.
Të pranishëm ishin studentë, organizata të shoqërisë civile dhe artistë të cilët ishin mjaft entuziastë për këtë mundësi dhe kërkuan detaje shtesë për të qenë të gatshëm për aplikim, në fillim të 2018. Ministria e Integrimit Evropian dhe Zyra e BE-së, në periudhën në vijim do të organizojnë aktivitete të ndryshme të informimit për programet e BE-së në mënyrë që qytetarët të përgatiten dhe të aplikojnë me aktivitetet e tyre në programet e BE-së.
