Mitrovicë, 15 maj 2015 – Zëvendësministri i Integrimit Evropian të Kosovës, Ramadan Ilazi ka qëndruar sot në Mitrovicë ku pos takimit me Kryetarin Agim Bahtiri dhe qytetarët, në pjesën veriore të qytetit ka bashkëbiseduar me të rinjtë gjatë një debati në Qendrën Informative dhe Kulturore të BE-së.
Zëvendësministri Ilazi ka theksuar se konkretizimi i perspektivës evropiane për Kosovën është qenësore për paqen dhe stabilitetin në vend sepse përfaqëson një agjendë që bashkon të gjithë rajonin dhe në rastin e Kosovës gëzon përkrahje prej dy anëve të lumit Ibër.
“Krahas kësaj agjenda evropiane, përmbushja e reformave që Bashkimi Evropian pret nga ne, do të përforcojë funksionimin demokratik të institucioneve publike dhe do të fuqizojnë karakterin e shoqërisë sonë, si një shoqëri multietnike. Veçmas ju të rinjtë, qoftë këtu në veri, në jug apo kudo në Kosovë mund të ofroni një mbështetje të madhe për shtetin e Kosovës në rrugën drejt BE-së” ka theksuar Ilazi.
Më tej, ai ka shtuar se viti 2015 duhet të jetë një vit evropian për Kosovën përmes përmbylljes së suksesshme të procesit të liberalizimit të vizave dhe vendosjes së marrëdhënieve kontraktuale midis Kosovës dhe BE-së përmes nënshkrimit të MSA-së. Zëvendësministri Ilazi theksoi se vazhdimi i izolimit të qytetarëve të Kosovës nuk është fer dhe i paarsyeshëm.
