Prishtinë, 9 korrik 2013 – Nën bashkë-organizimin e Ministrisë së Integrimit Evropian dhe Komisionit Evropian sot është mbajtur takimi vjetor i Komitetit të Përbashkët Monitorues për Instrumentin e Para Antaresimit (IPA).
Qëllimi i takimit ishte reflektimi mbi zbatimin e ndihmës së Bashkimit Evropian në Kosovë dhe diskutimi i Instrumentit të ri të Para Anëtarsimit për periudhën 2014 – 2020.
Sa i përket zbatimit të asistencës së BE-së deri me sot, u nënvizua që në nivel qëndror tani më kemi një strukturë të konsoliduar në kuadër të Ministrisë së Integrimit Evropian, gjegjësisht Departamentin e Asistencës Zhvillimore, i cili është përgjegjës për koordinimin e donatorëve në Kosovë. Çështja e bashkë-financimit të projekteve të BE-së, nga ana e Qeverisë, është zgjidhur vitin e kaluar përmes koordinimit më të mirë ndërmjet MIE-së, Ministrisë së Financave dhe institucioneve respektive.
Pjesëmarrësit u dakorduan që projektet e BE-së gjatë periudhës që lëmë pas, kanë qenë në harmoni me prioritetet e institucioneve tona dhe kanë qenë shtyllë e rëndësishme financiare në kuadër të zbatimit të reformave vendore.
Gjatë takimit Sekretarët e Përgjithshëm të Ministrisë së Bujqësisë, Pushtetit Lokal dhe Punëve të Brendshme prezantuan këndveshtrimin e ministrive respektive lidhur me përfitimet nga projektet e BE-së.
Komisioni Evropian prezantoj të gjeturat e vlerësimit të projekteve të BE-së, me ç’rast u nënvizua që sfidë kryesore mbetet qëndrueshmëria e projekteve që zbatohen në kuptimin e vazhdueshmerisë së impaktit të projekteve edhe pas përfundimit të asistences së BE-së.
Në kuadër të diskutimit për asistencën për periudhën e ardhshme 7 vjeçare, Komisioni Evropian njoftoj pjesëmarrësit që legjislacioni i nevojshëm është ende në procedurë të miratimit në kuadër të institucioneve të BE-së, ndërsa ka vlerësuar kontributin e institucioneve në kuadër të përgatitjes Strategjisë Zhvillimore të IPA-së 2014-2020.
