Kačanik, 14. jun 2019 – Da bi se kosovski proizvodi izvozili na evropsko tržište, potreban je veći kvalitet i ispunjavanje zahteva i standarda EU-a. Ovo je rečeno tokom diskusije koju je Kancelarija EU-a na Kosovu, u saradnji sa Ministarstvom za evropske integracije, organizovala u okviru diskusija za upoznavanje građana o SSP-u u opštini Kačanik na temu “Domaći proizvod i tržište EU-a”. Takođe su naglašene i potrebe i zahtevi domaćih proizvođača koji su zatražili regulisanje tržišta i veću podršku. Govoreći o značaju poljoprivrede u opštini kojom rukovodi, predsednik opštine Kačanik, Besim Ilazi, rekao je da kroz ove projekte poljoprivrednici ostvaruju korist. “Poljoprivrednici ne treba da se orijentišu samo prema subvencijama, već da traže savete i obuke o tome kako dostići veći kvalitet i prinos. Ovakvu vrstu saveta i obuka besplatno pružaju Evropska unija, Svetska banka, Ministarstvo poljoprivrede, Agencija za hranu i veterinarstvo itd.”, rekao je Ilazi. S druge strane, predsednik opštine Elez Han, Rufki Suma, istakao je da je glavni problem vezan za tržište, jer, prema njegovim rečima, otkupna mesta vrše manipulaciju, a od centralnih institucija ne postoje mere koje ih uslovljavaju. “Ono što zabrinjava poljoprivrednike koji su zasadili maline je to što su morali da ih unište, upravo zbog tržišta; ova otkupna mesta se jednostavno igraju sa građanima. Ne postoji neka mera od centralnog nivoa koja će malo uslovljavati i one koji se bave otkupom i prodajom”, rekao je Suma. Menadžer programa u sektoru poljoprivrede pri Kancelariji EU-a na Kosovu, Daniela Topirceanu, naglasila je značaj SSP-a i zahteve koje ima EU za kosovske proizvode da bi postali konkurentni na tržištu EU-a. “Evropske tržište ima brojne zahteve koji su navedeni i u zakonodavstvu EU-a, a Kosovo kako bi mogla da izveze u njenom tržištu, mora imati u vidu sve ove zahteve koje ima evropsko tržište. Većina u publici ovde su proizvođači. Ono što morate zapamtiti je da svi proizvodi koji se izvoze u Evropskoj uniji moraju ispuniti određene zahteve i da prolaze kroz određene kontrole”, rekla je ona. O podršci institucija, govorio je šef odseka za direktnu podršku i trgovinske politike u okviru Ministarstva za poljoprivredu, Habil Zeqiri. On je govorio o nekim od mera koje je preduzelo ministarstvo za subvencionisanje poljoprivrednika i za poboljšanje ovog sektora. “Nalazimo se u fazi izrade strategije za unapređenje agro-ekonomskih preduzeća. To se odnosi na proizvode koje je potrebno veoma brzo preraditi, malina, jagoda, višnja. Nalazimo se u fazi izrade prvog nacrta”, rekao je on.
