Priština, 21. Februar 2018 – Danas je održana rasprava na temu: Rodna dimenzija procesa evropskih integracija na Kosovu, u organizaciji Ministarstva za evropske integracije i Organizacije za međunarodnu saradnju (GIZ – Geselschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit).
Sastanak je otvorila ministarka za evropske integracije, Dhurata Hoxha, dok je jedan govor održao i ambasador Nemačke, g. Christian Heldt, kao i stručnjaci i predstavnici organizacija koje se bave rodnim pitanjima, Edi Gusia, Igballe Rugova i Serena Romano.
Ministarka za evropske integracije, Dhurata Hoxha je u svom govoru naglasila da su pitanje osnaživanja žena kao i rodna ravnopravnost teme koje su već uzimale globalne dimenzije. Razvijene zemlje imaju jednu istaknutu prednost u tom pogledu u poređenju sa zemljama u razvoju, kao što je Kosovo.
“ Osnaživanje uloge žena u poslovanju i preduzetništvu je prioritet kosovskog društva. Zadovoljstvo je da svakim danom vidimo više žena u različitim profesijama, portretirajući osnaživanje žena kao jednog zajedničkog cilja koji nas ujedinjuje izvan postojećih socijalnih poteškoća na Kosovu”, istakla je ministarka Hoxha, ukazujući na važnost jednakog pristupa resursima ili jednakih mogućnosti za učešće u donošenju odluka, koje imaju direktnu ekonomsku i društvenu cenu.
Nedostatak jednakosti uglavnom utiče na život žena, ali takođe ima i posledice i za njihovu decu, zajednicu i zemlju uopšte, istakla je ministarka Hoxha, dodajući da nejednakost šteti temelje društva, stoga rodna ravnopravnost se ne treba posmatrati isključivo sa aspekta ljudskih prava, nego se treba tretirati i kao gubitak ljudskog potencijala.
U oblasti obrazovanja treba obratiti pažnju jer osnova rodne ravnopravnosti počinje u obezbeđivanju jednakog obrazovanja. Kosovo ima najniži stepen zaposlenosti na Zapadnom Balkanu, a žene još uvek nisu jednako zastupljene u ekonomskom i poslovnom životu zemlje.
“Rodna ravnopravnost je usidrena kao jedna zajednička vrednost zemalja članica EU u Lisabonskom sporazumu iz 2007. godine. Ona se takođe odražava u Povelju EU-a o osnovnim pravima, članu 23, koji predviđa da Ravnopravnost između muškaraca i žena bi trebalo pružiti u svim oblastima, uključujući zapošljavanje, rad i plate ”, rekla je ministarka Hoxha.
Ministarka je govorila i o programu Vlade 2017-2021 koji definiše da se strukturalna reforma u obrazovanju fokusira na povećanje učešća i jednakog pristupa obrazovanju, osiguravanju, garantovanju i poboljšanju kvaliteta obrazovanja, upravljanju obrazovnim institucijama, integraciji i međunarodnoj saradnji, promovisanju nauke i istraživanja i finansiranju obrazovanja i nauke kroz pregled formule finansiranja.
Razumevanje evropskih integracija kao međusektorskog procesa koji utiče na sve oblasti života podrazumeva tretiranje pola kao sastavni deo i vodećeg principa tog procesa, rekla je ministarka. Ministarstvo za evropske integracije je spremno da sarađuje sa svim institucijama kako bi se stvorila pogodnija klima za unapređenje ženskih prava kao deo integracionog procesa.
Dok je nemački ambasador, g. Heldt pozdravio ovu inicijativu i naglasio činjenicu da je rodna ravnopravnost vitalni deo procesa integracije u EU, jednako za muškarce i žene.
