Shkup, 11 nëntor 2017 – Ministrja e Integrimit Evropian, Dhurata Hoxha, në Shkup, mori pjesë në konferencën Rajonale vjetore, me temën bosht: Ndërtimi i kapaciteteve dhe bashkëpunimi rajonal në procesin e integrimit evropian në Ballkanin Perëndimor”, me ç’ rast ka theksuar se procesi i integrimit evropian mbetet një nga qëllimet kryesore të politikës së jashtme të Republikës së Kosovës.Ministrja Hoxha ka theksuar se vazhdimi i konsolidimit demokratik, përmirësimi i sundimit të ligjit dhe respektimi i të drejtave të njeriut dhe krijimi i një ekonomie tregu funksionale, janë detyrat parësore të institucioneve të Kosovës.
“Adresimi i kritereve bazë për anëtarësimin në BE, janë detyra që përmbushen më shpejt me kontributin që janë duke dhënë për Kosovën vendet e këtij organizmi vlerat e të cilit, Kosova i pranon si të vetat”, ka theksuar ministrja Hoxha dhe më tej ka shtuar se fondet për këtë qëllim janë të konsiderueshme.
Ekziston nevoja për të vazhduar të krijohen projekte të përbashkëta ndërmjet vendeve të rajonit dhe të vazhdojnë të këmbejnë përvojat, ka theksuar Ministrja, duke hapur gjithashtu mundësitë që ekspertët e Kosovës të angazhohen në projekte të vendeve tjera, në mënyrë që të ekzistojë një komplementaritet i përvojës dhe sinergji më e mirë midis vendeve të ndryshme me aspirata të njëjta.
Ministrja Hoxha ka ritheksuar faktin se Kosova është vendi i parë në i Ballkanit Perëndimor që ka zhvilluar një kornizë të institucionalizuar për përfshirjen e drejtpërdrejtë të shoqërisë civile në procesin e integrimit në BE në fazën e zbatimit të Marrëveshjes së Stabilizim Asociimit. Ky mekanizëm është hartuar në bashkëpunim me homologët tanë nga Kroacia me përvoja të përhershme të drejtpërdrejta në negociatat e anëtarësimit në BE në nivelin më të lartë politik.
Në fund të fjalimit të saj, ministrja Hoxha ka ri përsëritur se bashkëpunimi rajonal është vendimtar në procesin e integrimit në BE.
“Kosova është ende në fazat e hershme të zbatimit të MSA-së dhe ne do të mirëpresim çdo ndihmë nga vendet fqinje në shkëmbimin e përvojave, si mënyra më efikase të përfitosh nga përvoja e vendeve të tjera në këtë proces kompleks”, ka theksuar Ministrja e Integrimit Evropian, Dhurata Hoxha.
