Prishtinë, 25 mars 2014 – Ministrja e Integrimit Evropian, Vlora Çitaku takoi sot Kryetrain e Prishtinës z.Shpend Ahmetin.
Gjatë takimit, Ministrja Çitaku dhe Kryetari Ahmeti diskutuan për thellimin e mëtutjeshëm të marrëdhënieve në mes të nivelit qëndror dhe atij lokal, me fokus të vecantë në ri-integrimin e personave të ri-atdhesuar, financimin e projekteve IPA në nivel komunal si dhe akomodimin e bursistëve nga programi i Young Cells Scheme, në Admisnistratën Komunale.
Ministrja Çitaku ndër të tjera tha: “Kosova tashmë është në përfundim të negociatave për Marrëveshjen e Stabilizim Asociimit. Kjo do të ankoron Kosovën fuqimisht në rrugën e saj drejt anëtarësimit në BE. Konsolidimi dhe fuqizimi i mëtutjeshëm i kapaciteteve për të kontribuar në mënyrë edhe më aktive për zhvillim të mëtutjeshëm, vetëm se e vërteton edhe një herë që të gjithë jemi të përkushtuar të shtyjmë përpara agjendën evropiane si agjendën më konsensuale në Republikën e Kosovës.”
Kryetari Ahmeti falënderoi Ministren Çitaku për vizitën e saj dhe shprehu gatishmërin e tij për të bashkëpunuar me nivelin qëndror, në mënyrë që të shtyhen përpara të gjitha proceset që kanë të bëjnë më Integrimet Evropiane.
