Prizren, 31 mars 2015 – Sot, në Prizren, u mbajt konferenca e përbashkët ekonomike ndërmjet Qeverisë se Republikës se Kosovës, Komisionit Evropian dhe Bankës Botërore.
Ministri Çollaku në hapjen e takimit nënvizoj rëndesinë dhe ndikimin e Marrëveshjes së Stabilizim Asociimit në zhvillimin ekonomik të Kosovës. Marrëveshja Stabilizim Asociimi do të kontribuon në rritjen e konkurueshmërisë së ekonomisë vendore dhe ofrimin e produkteve dhe shërbimeve më të lira dhe më të mira për qytetarët e Kosovës.
Me qëllim të mbështetjes së zhvillimit të gjithmbarshëm të Kosovës, në kuader të periudhës 2014-2020, Bashkimi Evropian do të asiston Kosovën me 645 milion euro.
Ministri Collaku nënvizoj që Kosova, sikur të gjitha vendet e Ballkanit Përëndimore, është poashtu pjesë e Kornizës Investuese për Ballkanin Përëndimor e cila ofron mundësinë e financimit të investimeve infrastrukturore duke i kombinuar grantet e donatorëve me kreditë nga Institucionet Financiare Ndërkombëtare.
Gjatë punetorisë, pjesëmarrësit diskutuan sektoret kyç të zhvillimit ekonomik, siç janë reforma fiskale, zhvillimi i sektorit privat, arsimi, energjia dhe bujqësia.
