Bruksel, 10 mars, 2014 – Tregtia, industria dhe politikat e ndërmarrjeve të vogla dhe të mesme (NVM), doganat dhe tatimet ishin temat kryesore të diskutuara në takimin për Dialogun e Procesit të Stabilizim-Asocimit (DPSA) të hënën, më 10 mars në Bruksel. Në takim u paraqitën zhvillimet kryesore në këto fusha, disa prej të cilave do të zënë vend të dukshëm në qasjen e re të Komisionit për qeverisjen ekonomike në rajonin e zgjerimit, e cila u shpall zyrtarisht në Londër më 24 shkurt.
Takimi u zhvillua gjatë një periudhe kur negociatat e MSA-së po ecin përpara me shpejtësi. Ndër çështjet e ngritura gjatë takimit u diskutua bilanci i tregtisë Kosovë – BE dhe shkëmbimi i të dhënave statistikore të tregtisë, dy faktorë të rëndësishme në negociatat e MSA-së. Përveç kësaj, Kosova prezantoi përmbajtjen dhe ndikimin e Marrëveshjes së Tregtisë së Lirë me Turqinë, e lidhur vitin e kaluar.
Në fushën e Doganave dhe Tatimeve, u diskutuan kapacitetet administrative dhe performanca e të dy autoriteteve. Është vërejtur progres i rëndësishëm në zgjidhjen e lëndëve të mbetura në kuadër të Bordit të Pavarur Shqyrtues.
Për sa i përket zhvillimit të sektorit të industrisë dhe ndërmarrjeve të vogla dhe të mesme (NVM), Kosova paraqiti, në veçanti, aktivitetet e ndërmarra në fushën e qasjes në financa dhe heqjen e barrierave administrative për biznesin. Përveç kësaj, u prezantuan dhe u diskutuan rezultatet e Indeksit të Politikave të NVM-ve 2013: Ballkani Perëndimor dhe Turqia, me vëmendje të veçantë në progresin në zbatimin e Aktit të Biznesit të Vogël për Evropën.
Zbatimi i konkluzioneve dhe veprimet pasuese të mbledhjes do të jenë me rëndësi kyçe në vlerësimin e progresit të Kosovës në kuadër të Procesit të Stabilizim-Asocimit me BE-në, ku marrëdhëniet tregtare BE-Kosovë janë një nga prioritetet kyçe.
Takimet e Dialogut PSA, konkluzionet e të cilave shërbejnë për Raportin e ardhshëm të Progresit, janë organizuar së bashku me Ministrinë për Integrime Evropiane.
Informacion i përgjithshëm
Dialogu i PSA-së është një kornizë brenda së cilës Komisioni Evropian dhe administrata e Kosovës rregullisht diskutojnë çështje teknike dhe të politikave në lidhje me agjendën evropiane. Dialogu PSA monitoron dhe përcjell arritjet e Kosovës në reforma dhe identifikon si mundet BE-ja të ndihmojë në këtë proces. Takimet sektoriale dhe plenare të Dialogut PSA bashkë-kryesohen nga Komisioni Evropian dhe qeveria. Çdo takim rezulton në veprime pasuese, të vendosura bashkërisht, të cilat duhet të ndërmerren nga autoritetet e Kosovës.
Ka shtatë fusha që përfshihen në takimet sektoriale dhe ato ndjekin nga afër formatin e dialogut që BE-ja ka me kandidatët e tjerë dhe kandidatët potencialë. Këto shtatë sektorë janë:

‘In thｅ event of а ban, іt woսld be important to encourage current and еx-smokers ᴡho use disposables to switch tο otheer types of
e-cigarettes ｒather thann gօing baсk to
jսѕt smoking tobacco.’
