Prishtinë, 1 dhjetor 2012 – Ditëve të fundit ne media dhe nga persona të caktuar janë plasuar informata të rrejshme në lidhje me statusin dhe gjendjen e shërbyesve civil në kuadër të Ministrisë së Integrimit Evropian.
MIE sqaron opinionit publik që shërbimi civil në kuadër të MIE-së është një nga shërbimet më profesionale në kuadër të institucioneve në Republikën e Kosovës. Niveli akademik i stafit të ministrisë është ndër më të mirët në tërë Ballkanin. Nga 59 shërbyes civilë, mbi 65% kane grada akademike post-diplomike, 30% janë të diplomuar dhe më pak se 5% me shkollë të mesme. Shkollimi i stafit është bërë në universitetet më prestigjioze evropiane. Mbi 85% të stafit flasin dy gjuhë. Niveli i ngjashëm i lartë profesional dhe akademik gjendet edhe në kabinetit politik të Ministres Citaku.
Në veçanti, gjatë mandatit të Ministres Vlora Çitaku shërbimi civil është avancuar duke iu mundësuar pavarësia edhe më e madhe operacionale e shërbimit civil, gjë që është reflektuar edhe në kuadër të raportit vjetor të SIGMA-s 2012 dhe Studimin e Fizibilitetit të vitit 2012 të Komisionit Evropian . MIE pra gjatë mandatit të Ministres Citaku ka marrë lëvdata të vazhdueshme me shkrim dhe në raporte zyrtare për kualitetin e stafit civil nga Komisioni Europian.
Sot në kuadër të MIE-së, i gjithë menaxhmenti i lartë i shërbimit civil, duke përfshirë Sekretarin e Përgjithshëm dhe pothuaj të gjithë drejtorat e departamenteve profesionale, vijnë nga Skema e Profesionistëve të Rinj (Young Cell Scheme) dhe janë përzgjedhur në parimet e merites dhe profesionalizmit nga komisionet e përbëra ku gjithmonë ka pasur edhe anëtarë të Komisionit Europian.
Sa i përket kryerjes së përvojes praktike pa pagesë në kuadër të Ministrisë së Integrimit Evropian, MIE ka qenë, dhe do mbetet, gjithnjë e hapur për të gjithë studentë pa dallime politike dhe etnike. Praktikantë në MIE ka pasur nga e gjithë bota.
MIE refuzon kategorikisht insinuatat e qëllimshme dhe krejtësisht të rrejshme për kualitetin e stafit civil dhe do të mbrojë edhe me mjete ligjore dinjitetin e atyre që punojnë cdo ditë për avancimin e agjendës evropiane të Republikës së Kosovës.
Në këtë kontekst, për hir të transaprences dhe informimit të drejtë të opinionit publik gjeni të bashkangjitur listen e stafit të MIE-së, pozitat e tyre, viti i punësimit dhe gradat akademike.
