Ministarka Çitaku je iskazala zahvalnost u ime građana i Vlade Republike Kosova za podršku koja se daje od strane zemalja članica Kvinta, za jedan demokratski razvoj Kosova, a takođe i u procesu Evropskih Integracija naše zemlje. Ministarka takođe je uverila ambasadore da proces normalizacije odnosa između države Kosova i Srbije, ali i celog regiona će se nastaviti za dobrobit svih građana kao i razvoja regiona u celini.
U izveštaju Liberalizacija Viza, Ministarka je potencirala da: „Jedan veliki deo kratkotrajnih kriterijuma su sada već ispunjeni, i u ovom kontekstu, Vlada Republike Kosova i državne institucija su odlučne u sprovođenju reformi koje izgrađuju i razvijaju Evropsko Kosovo“. A takođe i poglavlja koja su namenjena kao ključna unutar Studije Izvodljivosti, kao: Vladavina Prava, Javna Uprava, Zaštita Manjina i Trgovina, su zabeležila vidljive napretke.
Takođe, Ministarka je navela da poštovanja i zaštita manjina i kulturnih prava na Kosovu su regulisana ne samo sa Ustavom Republike Kosova, ali i sa međunarodnim konvencijama koje se direktno primenjuju u Republici Kosova o eliminisanju svih oblika diskriminacije. Postoji i unapređeno primarno i sekundarno zakonodavstvo koje je povezano sa ovim zagarantovanim pravima.
Kosovo ostaje verno evropskoj agendi i maksimalno radimo u ispunjenu svih kriterijuma postavljenih u izveštaju, kao i ubeđeni smo da samo putem dijaloga možemo da normalizujemo odnose između Kosova i Srbije za dobrobit regiona.
Takođe, od ambasadora je rečene da ima mnogo posla da se učini, i da je potrebna jedna sveobuhvatna mobilizacija na način da procesi teku tečno.
