Priština, 27. februar 2017 – Danas se održao okrugli sto organizovan od strane Grupe za pravne i političke studije gde je učesnica panela bili ministarska evropske integracije gđa. Mimoza Ahmetaj.
Tema diskusije je bila “Godinu dana nakon stupanja na snazi SSP-a: Da li smo bliže integraciji u EU?“.
Ova organizacija je imala u cilju da komunicira dosadašnji napredak u ostvarivanju ciljeva koji proizlaze iz Akcionog plana za sprovođenje SSP-a, predstavljeni su izazovi do danas kao i uloga ključnih institucija za sprovođenje reformi koje zahteva Sporazum o stabilizaciji i pridruživanju u kratkoročnom planu. Isto tako, koliko su formirane strukture za upravljanje ovog procesa, u ovoj periodi nepunih godinu dana.
Stupanje na snazi SSP-a označilo je prvo poglavlje u okviru procesa integrisanja Kosova. Do stupanja na snazi SSP-a Kosovo nije imalo formalni odnos sa EU-om.
Ministarka Ahmeti je rekla: “S stupanjem na snazi SSP-a stvorila se zakonska osnova za odnose između Kosova i EU-a, kao i novi dijalog dveju entiteta u međunarodnoj sceni. SSP je priznalo pravni i politički entitet Kosova kao stranku u evropskoj i međunarodnoj sceni putem jednog međunarodnog sporazuma. Član 141 I SSP-a po privi put je priznao teritoriju Kosova i naglasio da se SSP sprovodi na teritoriji Kosova.“
Takođe je ministarka Ahmetaj dodala da SSP sadrži jasne odredbe i stvara obaveze za EU kako bi ostvarilo evropsku perspektivu Kosova. SSP je stvorilo nove institucionalne strukture među Kosova i EU-a i novi politički dijalog. Ministarka Ahmetaj navela je nekoliko ključnih tačaka koje će imati uticaj od SSP-a, i naglasila je da: “ liberalizacija tržišta povećava konkurentnost preduzeća i pruža jeftinije cene za građane, industrijski i poljoprivredni proizvodi biće izvezeni u EU bez ikakve carinske tarife, SSP će imati pozitivan uticaj na rastu direktnih stranih investicija, itd.
Istovremeno se ministarska Ahmetaj zahvalila na dosadašnjoj saradnji sa predstavnicima civilnog društva, i pogotovo članovima Parlamentarne komisije iz Skupštine Republike Kosova. I to na njihovoj posvećenosti kao partneri u ovom procesu kako bi doprineli u sprovođenju SSP-a jer isti odražava poboljšanje života građana Kosova.
Dok, nivo sprovođenja SSP-a od prve godine počeo je pokazati vidljive rezultate, i ovi rezultati se oblikuju u njihovom ekonomskom i političkom smislu. SSP je stvorio novu političku sredinu putem programa EU koji omogućava građanima direktne koristi. Dok, ove godine vlada Kosova tačno je planirala budžetiranje za Nacionalni plan sprovođenja sporazuma o stabilizaciji i pridruživanju (NPSSSP).
Tokom debate opet se utvrdila bitnost SSP-a kao ključni mehanizam za evropsku perspektivu Kosova.
