Priština 3. jun 2019.- Na sastanku Ministarskog saveta za evropske integracije, pod predsedavanjem premijera Ramush Haradinaj, ministarka za evropske integracije kao koordinatorka ovog Saveta naglasila je važnost hitnog delovanja tako da svi relevantni akteri ispunjavaju svoje obaveze prema integraciji Kosova u EU-u.
Tokom ovog sastanka razgovarano je o nalazima iz Izveštaja o zemlji Evropske komisije (EK), Izveštaja o sprovođenju Evropske agende za reforme (novembar 2016- januar 2019), Izveštaja o nacionalnom planu za sprovođenje SSP-a, nacrt Akcionog plana za ERA 2019-2020, kao i sprovođenje glavnih preporuka iz Izveštaja o zemlji za 2018. godinu.
Premijer Haradinaj je istakao da Izveštaj o zemlji EK-a je dao procene za dostignuća u zemlji, ali i izazove koji nas obavezuju da se poboljšamo.
„Treba napomenuti da neki aspekti našeg rada, napretka i dostignuća nisu u potpunosti obuhvaćeni, ali ćemo raditi na njihovom ispravnom rešavanju. Kosovska vlada ostaje posvećena uspešnom okončanju odluke o liberalizaciji viza i guranju napred ambicije apliciranja za status kandidata za Kosovo,“ istakao je premijer Haradinaj.
Pozivajući se na Izveštaj o zemlji, ministarka Hoxha je pozvala odgovorne institucije da izveštavaju o identifikovanim izostajanjima u odgovarajućim oblastima kao što su vladavina prava, osnaživanje privrede, borba protiv korupcije i organizovanog kriminala, dobro upravljanje, makrofiskalna stabilnost, izborne reforme, efikasnost Skupštine i vlade.
Ministarka Hoxha je naglasila potrebu da se izbegne ponavljanje istih izazova tokom godina „;Neprihvatljivo je da značajan broj njih se ponavlja tokom godina u Izveštaju o zemlji“;, rekla je ministarka, dodajući da: „;Neka ovo bude poslednja uzbuna za nas kako bi se dokazala naša stvarna posvećenost prema našim strateškim ciljevima, gde integracija u EU-u ostaje prioritet.“; Ona je pozvala relevantne aktere da izađu sa konkretnim planom o tome kako da prevaziđu ove izazove u okviru određenih vremenskih rokova.
Ministarka Hoxha je dodala da naša odgovornost je da ispunimo obaveze koje nam pripadaju u okviru zadataka koje smo preuzeli na sebe i naša obaveza prema građanima Kosova. Dalje, na ovom sastanku se razgovarano i o sprovođenju SSP-a, a posebno o prioritetima identifikovanim tokom sprovođenja, gde ministarka Hoxha je pozvala odgovorne aktere da daju objašnjenja i vremenske rokove za njihovo ispunjenje.
U okviru izrade Agende za evropsku reformu (2019-2020) ili ERA II, i akcionog plana za realizaciju ovih prioriteta, razgovarano je o identifikaciji potrebnih mera i aktera odgovornih za sprovođenje. Ministarka je izrazila zahvalnost za doprinos civilnog društva tokom konsultacija o ovom procesu.
Na ovom savetu učestvovali su ministri, zamenici ministara, šefovi agencija, poslanici, članovi Parlamentarne komisije za evropske integracije, nosioci institucionalnih odgovornosti za proces integracije.
Na kraju, ministarka Hoxha je naglasila da „Potrebna nam je više rada, posvećenosti od strane naših institucija da efikasnije rešavaju izazove koji stoje pred nama. Izuzetno je važno da naš strateški cilj za integraciju u EU odražava se u rad svakog od nas. Agenda evropskih reformi je najbolji vodič o tome gde smo i kuda idemo. Zato vas molim, da u narednim danima, nedeljama i mesecima više posvetite i dokažete da integracija u EU-u ostaje prioritet. Svi imamo ulogu da igramo tako da slične procene ne ponove se više, nego da preovladaju dostignuća a naš napredak da bude nepovratan.“;
