Prishtinë, 14 mars 2017 – Ministrja e Integrimit Evropian, Mimoza Ahmetaj vizitoi Qendrën e Kompetencës në Ferizaj, ku theksoi rolin dhe rëndësinë e qendrave të kompetencës për të rinjtë Kosovar.
Ministrja Ahmetaj, theksoi se këto qendra do të mundësojnë që të rinjtë tanë të aftësohen dhe specializohen në profesione të ndryshme dhe do të kenë mundësinë e punësimit në Kosovë, njëherit të jenë konkurrent të barabartë me qytetarët e vendeve të Bashkimit Evropian. Me këtë rast, ministrja Ahmetaj potencoi që aftësimi dhe arsimi i rinisë tonë përmes qendrave si kjo do t’i mundësojë Kosovës shfrytëzimin e përfitimeve që ofron MSA, duke integruar dhe bërë konkurrues tregun e punës së Republikës së Kosovës, si dhe krijimin e standardeve dhe cilësisë me atë të BE-së.
Gjatë vizitës, ministrja Ahmetaj përcolli nga afër punën dhe aktivitetet e specializuara të studentëve në kuadër të qendrës si, Audiometristët, Asistentët e Kujdesit Social dhe Shëndetësor, Teknikët Dentar, Asistentët e Fizioterapisë dhe profile tjera specifike të kësaj qendre, ku vuri në pah se këto institucione të arsimit dhe aftësimit profesional qëllim të tyre kanë ofrimin e programeve arsimore dhe aftësim profesional për të përgatitur kuadro profesional konform kërkesave të tregut të punës.
Çdo qendër e kompetencës ofron aftësimin në profile të ndryshme profesionale brenda një fushe të aktivitetit të përcaktuar. Shteti i Luksemburgut ndërtoi 2 qendra të kompetencës, atë në Ferizaj me profile te mjekësisë, dhe në Prizren me profile të ekonomisë, tregtisë, udhëtimit dhe turizmit. Investimi i Luksemburgut për këto dy qendra është 10 milion euro, me ç’rast ministrja Ahmetaj falënderoi shefen e zyrës, Anne Doster dhe shprehu përkushtimin e saj për të vazhduar dhe thelluar bashkëpunim e deritanishëm edhe në sfera të tjera.
