Prishtinë, 28 Shkurt 2020 – Ministri i Integrimit Evropian, Blerim Reka priti nënkryetarin e Parlamentit Evropian, z. Rainer Wieland, i shoqëruar nga delegacioni i tij gjerman.
Ministri Reka falënderoi nënkryetarin e Parlamentit Evropian z. Wieland për mbështetjen e gjertanishme të Kosovës në procesin e saj integrues.
Njëkohësisht, e njoftoi z. Wieland për proceset aktuale dhe ecurinë me agjendën evropiane të Kosovës, ku theksoi rëndësinë e bashkëpunimit dhe koordinimit të punëve me përfaqësuesit e Parlamentit Evropian.
Me këtë rast Ministri Reka, nëpërmjet z. Wieland kërkoi nga Parlamenti Evropian që të vazhdoj përkrahjen për Kosovën posaçërisht në tri prioritet kyçe që ka, si: Liberalizimi i Vizave, implementimi i MSA-së dhe përgatitja për programimin me fondet e IPA III.
Ministri Reka përfundoi duke thënë se beson që Parlamenti Evropian dhe deputetët e saj, do të vazhdojnë të jenë zë i fuqishëm në mbështetje të përspektivës Evropiane të Kosovës.
Nga ana e tij, nënkryetari i Parlamentit Evropian, z. Wieland, uroi Ministrin Reka për detyrën e re, si dhe shprehu entuziazmin për formimin e qeverisë së re, për dinamizimin e funksionalizimin e institucioneve në funksion të qeverisjes së mirë dhe sundimit të rendit e ligjit në vend.
