Prishtinë, 30 dhjetor 2013, Nën organizimin e Ministrës së Integrimit Evropian Znj.Vlora Çitaku dhe pjesëmarrjen e Kryeministrit të Kosovës z.Hashim Thaqi, sot u mbajtë takimi i radhës i Komitetit Drejtues për Liberalizimin e Vizave.
Në takim, më në detaje u diskutua për të gjeturat e misionit vlerësues i cili në këtë fazë ka monitoruar të arriturat e insitutcioneve të Kosovës në fushat përkatëse të liberalizmit të vizave si: Riatdhesimi, Riintegrimi, Siguria e Dokumentacionit, Migrimi dhe Azili.
Misioni faktmbledhës ka vlerësuar zbatueshmërinë e kritereve që dalin nga udhërrëfyesi dhe pritet që gjatë muajve të parë të vitit të ardhshëm të hartojë dhe publikojë një raport nga ky mision faktmbledhës.
Me këtë rast Kryeministri Thaqi tha se: ”Vlerësimet tona të brendshme, por edhe ato që i marrim nga organizatat ndërkombëtare vlerësojnë lartë progresin që është arritur në fushën e riatdhesimit, riintegrimit, sigurisë së dokumenteve dhe fushave tjera relevante për procesin e liberalizimit të vizave, pra në të gjitha blloqet e udhërrëfyesit për liberalizim të vizave kemi shënuar një progres të konsiderueshëm.Ky progres, është vlerësuar edhe nga misioni faktmbledhës i ekspertëve të BE-së, të cilët kanë qëndruar në Kosovë gjatë javës së parë të dhjetorit dhe të cilët tashmë janë duke hartuar raportin e misionit faktmbledhës, të cilin do ta ndajnë me ne sa më shpejtë që të jetë e mundur”
Për më tepër Kryeministri Thaqi tha “Ne kemi kërkuar nga përfaqësuesit e BE-së, të kemi një interakcion edhe më të madh, të kemi më shumë misione faktmbledhëse, të kemi raportime më të shpeshta nga ana e tyre dhe në përgjithësi të intensifikohet agjenda e liberalizimit të vizave edhe nga ana e Brukselit.” Ai po ashtu kërkoi që të intensifikojmë punën edhe më shumë pasi që zbaytimi i kritereve është pikë së pari në interes të vendit, është për të mirën e qytetarëve tanë dhe njëkohësisht kontribuon edhe në avancimin e liberalizimit të vizave dhe Integrimit të vendit në BE, pra ne duhet të tregojmë sa më shumë rezultate konkrete dhe të matshme të cilat do ti prezantojmë brenda dhe jashtë vendit”.
Në fjalën e saj Ministrja Çitaku i informoi anëtarët e komitetit drejtues për të gjturat preliminare të misionit fakmbledhës, kërkoi nga ata që të gjeturat preliminare të adresohen me prioritet të lartë si dhe kërkoi që të ndërmirren masat konkrete për të zbatuar kriteret nga pjesa e liberalizimit të vizave e cila nuk është vlerusar deri më tani. Me këtë rast Ministrja Citaku tha “Ne duhet të përkushtohemi në zbatimin e kritereve në fushën e menaxhimit të integrimit, në sigurinë dhe rendin publikë respektivisht na nevojiten rezultate konkrete në luftimin e krimit të organizuar, korrupsionit, trafikimit me narkotike, qenie njerëzore etj.
Ne duhet të prezantojmë bashkëpunim sa më të mirë ndërinstitucional dhe ndërkombëtarë, për më tepër Policia e Kosovës, Prokuroritë dhe Gjykatat duhet të kenë indikatorë edhe më të mira të përformancës.”
Ndërsa sa i përket migrimit jo të rregullt, Ministrja Citaku ftoi të pranishmit që të ndërmarrin masat e duhura që të ulim numrin e migruesve jo të rregullt nga Kosova pasi që ky edhe është sfdia kryesore e procesit të liberalizimit të vizave.
Ndërsa sa i përket zbatimit të kritereve nga blloku i katërt Ministrja Citaku tha “Na nevojitet të kemi progres në fushën e integrimit të komunitetit Rom, Komunitetit Ashkali dhe Komunitetit Egjiptian në shoqërinë e Kosovës, na nevojiten rezultate konkrete të punës që po e bëjmë në këtë drejtim.”
Në fund të takimit Ministrja Çitaku i falënderoi të gjithë pjesëmarrësit të përfshirë në këtë proces për punën e shkëlqyer që kanë bërë deri më tani dhe kërkoi një anagzhim shtesë në këtë fazë sepse ky është momenti kur të arriturat tona duhet të prezantohen në mënyrë sa më të mirë. Njëkohësisht ajo kërkoi që po ky përkushtim të vazhdoj të mbizotëroj edhe në vazhdim të këtij procesi.
