Prishtinë, 04 prill 2014 – Ministrja e Integrimit Evropian, Vlora Çitaku, është duke vazhduar me realizimin e agjendës për të takuar kryetarët e komunave të Kosovës për koordinim sa më efikas rreth agjendës evropiane, procesit të liberalizimit të vizave dhe bashkërendimit të aktiviteteve.
Sot u u realizuan vizita në katër komuna të Kosovës, Gjilan, Kllokot, Viti dhe Lipjan, me ç’rast ministrja Çitaku u prit nga kryetarët respektiv të komunave. Në takime u diskutuan mundësitë për të avancuar koordinimin dhe bashkëpunimin rreth rekomadnimeve dhe detyrimeve që dalin nga raportet e Komisionit Evropian si për procesin e integrimit evropian ashtu edhe për liberalizimin e vizave për Kosovën.
Në takime me Kryetarët e Komunave, tema qëndrore ishin ngritja e nivelit të bashkëpunimit ndërmjet qeverisjes lokale dhe asaj qendrore, respektivisht, procesi i riintegrimit të përsonave të riatdhesuar, trajtimi i dukurisë së migrimit të parregullt në nivel lokal, mundësitë e financimit të projekteve në kuadër të Instrumentit të Para Anëtarësimit (IPA). Njëkohësisht, temë e këtyre takimeve ishin edhe modalitetet për akomodimin në administratën komunale të bursistëve nga programi Skema e Profesionistëve të Rinjë ” Young Cells Scheme”, projekt ky në bashkëpunim me Ministrinë e Integrimit Evropian dhe Komisionin Evropian.
Tema këto të cilat i kontribuojnë zhvillimit të një administrate profesionale në Kosovë, por njëkohësisht edhe i kontribuojnë në tërësi procesit të integrimit evropian, liberalizimit të vizave, por edhe fuqizimit të kordinimit ndërmjet institucioneve.
Me këtë rast Ministrja Çitaku, pas vizitës që kishte në Bruksel për t’u takuar edhe me Komisonerin Fyle, i njoftoi më në detaje Kryetarët e Komunave për zhvillimet rreth negociatave të marrëveshjes së Stabilizim Asociimit, por edhe në tërësi për zhvillimet me agjendën evropiane.
Poashtu, ministrja Çitaku ka premtuar ndihmën e ministrisë për t’u përballur me sfidat e riatdhesimit të qytetarëve në komunat e tyre, si dhe do të angazhohet në nivel qeveritar për përmirësimin e kushteve ligjore për zhvillim ekonomik, dhe në kuadër të kësaj për krijimin e klimës më të mirë për investitorët.
