Prishtinë, 14 prill 2015: Zëvendësministri Ilazi ka folur sot në punëtorinë për zhvillimin socio-ekonomik të komunave të rajonit të qendrës së Kosovës që është organizuar nga Asociacioni i Agjencive për Zhvillim Rajonal (ARDA) dhe Asociacioni i Komunave të Kosovës (AKK) në partneritet me Ministrinë e Integrimit Evropian dhe përkrahje nga Zyra e Komisionit Evropian. Kjo punëtori ka shërbyer si një mundësi për komunat e rajonit të qendrës në paraqitjen e projekteve prioritare socio-ekonomike në nivel rajonal dhe komunal para Qeverisë së Kosovës dhe komunitetit të donatorëve.

Ministria e Integrimit Evropian, gjithashtu e ka përkrahur një iniciativë të tillë, dhe ne do të angazhohemi që niveli qendror i qeverisjes të përfshihet më tepër në iniciativat që kanë për synim të ndihmojnë autoritetet lokale në bashkëpunimin ndërmjet tyre, me qëllim të rritjes së kapaciteteve për absorbim të fondeve të donatorëve.
Të nderuar,
Qeveria e Kosovës së fundi ka miratuar programin e saj qeverisës, që paraqet prioritetet për zhvillim në katër vitet e ardhshme.
Qeveria po ashtu, do ta finalizoj së shpejti, brenda disa muajsh, Strategjinë Kombëtare për Zhvillim dhe kjo e fundit do të jetë referenca kryesore e jona për të koordinuar buxhetin kombëtarë dhe fondet e jashtme.
Në këtë kontekst, zhvillimi ekonomik është kryefjala e Programit të Qeverisë. Rritja ekonomike dhe gjenerimi i vendeve të punës është prioriteti numër 1 i Qeverisë.
Kuptohet që rol të pa zëvendësueshëm në kuadër të zhvillimit ekonomik do të këtë mbështetja e projekteve që do të sjellin përfitime të drejtpërdrejta në nivel lokal për individë dhe biznese që përbëjnë themelet e ekonomisë tonë.
Jam i bindur që Ministria e Pushtetit Lokal, por edhe ministritë të tjera, në bashkëpunim me nivelin lokal do të bëjnë një punë të shkelqyeshme në përgatitjen e projekteve për të mbështetur zhvillimin rajonal në Kosovë.
Nga ana e jonë, ne si Ministria e Integrimit do të sigurohemi se asistenca e jashtme do të vazhdon të fokusohet në projekte të cilat komunat e Kosovës konsiderojn prioritet për zhvillimin e tyre të gjithëmbarshëm.
Të nderuar,
Kosova është në stadin fillestar të përfitimit nga fondet e BE-së. Gjatë viteve të ardhshme, vëllimi i fondeve të BE-së që do të kanë komunat e Kosovës në dispozicion do të rritet eksponencialisht. Prandaj, është esenciale që të vazhdojm punën e mirë në ndërtimin e kapaciteteve administrative të cilat do të janë në gjendje të përgadisin projekte kualitative për tu mbështetur nga fondet strukturore të BE-së.
Në fund, dëshiroj të përgëzoj Kryetarin Ahmeti, por edhe Kryetarët e tjerë të Komunave të rajonit qendër për organizimin e konferences së sotme. Njëkohësisht, falenderoj të gjithë partnerë tanë që në vazhdimësi kanë mbështetur zhvillimin lokal dhe rajonal në Kosovë.
