Gjatë takimit, pjesëmarrësit diskutuan kontributin e IPA-s në kuadër të reformes së administrates publike, me fokus të veçantë në programin e bursave për reformen e administrates publike, Skema e Profesionistëve të Rinj, si dhe projektin e krijimit të Sistemit të Integruar për Planfikim Strategjik.
Sa i përket sektorit të sundimit të ligjit, Komisioni Evropian shprehi shqetësimin e thellë për vonesat në funksionalizimin e Pallatit të Drejtësisë. KE potencoj që do të konsideron marrjen e masave të ashpra ndaj Kosovës në rast të mos kryerjes së detyrave të institucioneve ndaj funksionalizimit të Pallatit të Drejtësisë.
Kosova tani më është pjesë e programeve të BE-së për bashkëpunim ndërkufitarë dhe në këtë kontekst pjesëmarrësit diskutuan zbatimin e asistences së BE-së me qëllim të përmirësimit të jetës së qytetarëve që jetojnë në rajonet kufitare. Më konkretisht, u diskutuan programet e bashkëpunimit me Shqipërinë, Malin e Zi dhe Maqedoninë.
Komisioni Evropian prezantoj në detaje qasjen e re për programimin e IPA-s 2014-2020. Në këtë drejtim, KE njoftoj institucionet e Kosovës për hapat e ardhshëm në kuadër të programimit të asistences dhe kritereve për ndihmë direkte buxhetore. Poashtu, u diskutua planifikimi për hartimin e Programeve Kombëtarë për Reformat Ekonomike.
Ministria e Integrimit Evropian njoftoj pjesëmarrësit për progresin në hartimin e Dokumenteve Planifikues Strategjik në kuadër të sektorit të sundimit të ligjit, bujqësisë dhe energjisë.
Në fund të takimit, u diskutua përvoja e Kosovës në kuadër të Kornizes Investuese për Ballkanin Perendimorë (Western Balkan Investment Framework). Pjesëmarrësit vlerësuan lartë kontributin e WBIF-it në kuadër të mbështetjes së Kosovës për përmirësimin e gjendjes në kuadër të sektorëve kyç të WBIF-it, siç janë energjia, mjedisi dhe transport. Nga ana tjetër, pjesëmarrësit u dakorduan që institucionet duhet të fillojn punën drejt hartimit të Dokumentit Planifikues për Investimet Infrastrukturore.
