Prishtinë, 3 tetor 2013, – Sot u mbajt takimi i parë informues mbi nisjen e implementimit të projektit për vlerësim të kapaciteteve të administratës qëndrore, respektivisht, Departamenteve Ligjore dhe Departamenteve për Integrim Evropian dhe Koordinim të Politikave. Ky projekt është iniciuar nga Ministria e Integrimit Evropian në bashkëpunim me Zyrën e Kryeministrit dhe me Ministrinë e Administratës Publike. Projekti do të zbatohet nga Administrata Federale Gjermane, respektivisht nga Ministria e Tregtisë dhe Teknologjisë. Kohëzgjatja e implementimit do të jetë 6 muaj. Projekti do të kontribuoj drejtpërdrejt në Marrëveshjen e ardhshme të Stabilizim Asociimit (MSA), duke mbështetur reformën e nevojshme të administratës publike.
Ky projekt është paraparë që të siguroj vlerësimin e kapaciteteve të stafit të përfshirë në procesin e integrimit Evropian dhe për të zhvilluar planifikimin e rekrutimit përkatës si dhe zhvillimin e planeve për ngritje të kapaciteteve. Kjo do të kontribuoj shumë në arritjen e prioriteteve dhe objektivave të Qeverisë në kuadër të procesit të anëtarësimit në Bashkimin Evropian, pasi që burimet kompetente dhe të afta njerëzore janë parakusht për adresimin e çështjeve prioritare përkatëse para fillimit të negociatave si dhe negociata të suksesshme dhe zbatim të mëvonshëm të MSA-së.
Objektivi i përgjithshëm i projektit është realizimi efikas i procesit të transpozimit të Acquis të BE-së në legjislacionin kombëtar të Kosovës, si dhe të forcohet koordinimi i politikave.
Qëllimi i projektit është vlerësimi i kapaciteteve të strukturave kyçe (MIE, DL-ve dhe DIEKP-ve të ministrive të linjës) përkatëse për transpozimin e Acquis të BE-së dhe koordinimin e politikave, si dhe për të zhvilluar planet e rekrutimit dhe ngritjes së kapaciteteve me qëllim të rritjes së kapaciteteve institucionale dhe administrative.
