Prishtinë, 23 shkurt 2017 – Sot u mbajt takimi i radhës, konsultativ për qasjen e Republikës së Kosovës në Programet e BE-së, të cilën e udhëhoqi Zëvendës Ministrja për Integrim Evropian, Znj. Anila Statovci-Demaj, ku pjesëmarrës ishin përfaqësuesit e institucioneve arsimore.
Znj. Statovci-Demaj në fjalimin e saj përmendi Marrëveshjen Kornizë për qasjen e Kosovës në Programet e BE-së, e cila është nënshkruar më 25 nëntor 2016. Marrëveshja mundëson qasjen në 17 programe të ndryshme të BE-së në fushat e arsimit, hulumtimit, mbështetjes së sektorit privat, përkrahjes për shoqërinë civile, si dhe fusha të tjera. Zëvendës Ministrja Statovci-Demaj theksoi se:” Ministria e Integrimit Evropian është duke organizuar takime me komunitetin e biznesit, akademinë, shoqërinë civile dhe përfitues të tjerë potencial për të diskutuar mënyren se nga cilat Programe Kosova mund të ketë përfitime më të mëdha.”
Gjatë takimit, u theksua se Nënshkrimi i marrëvedhjes për programet e BE-së e përafron Kosovën më shumë drejt BE-së dhe komplementon zbatimin e Marrëveshjes për Stabilizim Asociim. Qëllimi i këtij programi është që të promovohet bashkëpunimi ndërmjet vendeve dhe qytetarëve të Ballkanit Përendimor me vendet dhe qytetarët e BE-së në fusha të ndryshme.
Zëvendës Ministrja Statovci-Demaj potencoi se BE-ja ka paraparë një financim për periudhën 2014-2020. Përfitimi nga këto programe nuk është i lehtë dhe për të pasur qasje duhet paguar një kosto financiare e cila mundëson pjesëmarrjen në çdo program. Suksesi në këto programe nuk është i garantuar pasiqë projekt propozimet nga Kosova janë në konkurencë me të gjitha vendet e Ballkanit Përendimor dhe vendet e BE-së. Ajo vazhdoi për të thënë se pjesëmarrja në këto programe kërkon kapacitete të konsoliduara administrative për tu përballur me kriteret teknike që kërkohen nga BE-ja dhe që duhet shikuar me kujdes se në cilat programe ka interesë të veqantë për të marrë pjesë, dhe me kosto të arsyeshme.
Bazuar në diskutimin e sotëm, Zëvendës Ministrja Statovci-Demaj do të vazhdojë diskutimin e mëtutjeshëm me shërbimet e Komisinot Evropian për të konkretizuar pjesëmarrjen e Kosovës në programet e veçanta dhe se do të informojë palët e interesit për të siguruar pjesëmarrje sa më efektive në Programet e BE-së.
