The purpose of the meeting was to present the latest developments and achievements in economy, trade and industry, Tax Administration of Kosovo as well as Kosovo Customs.
In addition to the presentation of the latest developments in these areas, officials from the above mentioned institutions also revealed their priorities for 2013, which require funding from donors.
Donors presented their new activities, respectively projects which will begin in 2013 and pledged to continue with their support in close collaboration with institutions.
In the meeting was also discussed regarding the strengths and weaknesses that have occurred until now of sector and sub-sector working groups. Meanwhile, MTI and MEI ensured the donors that the coordination mechanism will be respected by all stakeholders and all the encountered weaknesses will be improved.
From 19 November 2012, the second round of sector and sub-sector meetings has started, for 2012, where these meetings intend to inform the donor community regarding the developments that have occurred in each sector during 2012 as well as disclose all the priorities which seek for donor support, for 2013 onwards.
