Efficient coordination contributes to advancement in the European Agenda

Prishtina, 11 February 2020 – The Minister of European Integration, Mr. Blerim Reka, received in a meeting the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Kosovo, Mr. Christian Heldt, whom he informed about key priorities and the advancement of coordination on the European agenda.

Minister Reka expressed Ambassador Heldt his gratitude for Germany’s continuous contribution to Kosovo, with particular emphasis for supporting capacity building toward advancing European integration process.

During the meeting were also discussed issues identified in the European Commission Country Report, i.e. achievements and challenges faced within this process. Moreover, it was emphasised that efficient coordination between all decision-making factors in Kosovo contributes to advancement.

Minister Reka emphasised that European integration is among key priorities of Kurti’s government.

Ambassador Heldt congratulated Minister Reka on his new task of leading the process of European integration in the Government of the Republic of Kosovo
