Aim and program of the workshop
Following the approval of the Concept Document on the Early Indicative Work Plan (EIWP), the Government Coordination Secretariat drafted the Guidelines on the Government Work Plan according to the Concept Document, which, inter alia, aims at improving the Government’s work planning process. A key element for the progress of this process is, inter alia, the proper coordination on the content and format of the Guidelines between the institutions of the Centre of the Government, namely the Office of the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of European Integration.
Therefore, with financial support from the Luxembourg Government under the Human Capacity Development Facility for European integration managed by the Ministry for European Integration of Republic of Kosovo, a workshop was organized with representatives of the Centre of the Government with regard to the finalization of the Format and the Guidelines for the Development of the Government Work Plan according to the Concept Document for the Early Indicative Work Plan (EIWP).
Benefits/lessons learned for institutions
The representatives of the Centre of the Government, during this workshop, managed to coordinate regarding the planning process of the Government work and finalized the Guidelines on the drafting the Government Work Plan in accordance with the Concept Paper for the Early Indicative Plan, which was subsequently launched on 17 October 2019.
