Prishtina, 9 October 2017 – Minister of European Integration, Dhurata Hoxha, hosted today the Ambassador of France in Kosovo, Didier Chabert, with whom she discussed on the integration process, the achievements and challenges of this process, pointing out the commitment to accelerate this process.
Minister Hoxha thanked Ambassador Chabert for the continuous support of France to Kosovo, stressing that the integration process is a national priority and consensus.
“We highly appreciate the support of the Republic of France for our institutions in the Euro-integration process, in the fulfilment of the priorities within this process, and therefore we express our gratitude for all these efforts, inviting to continue with their support in this process. The integration process is a national priority and consensus”, stated Minister Hoxha.
Ambassador Chabert thanked Minister Hoxha for the highly appreciated cooperation until now, and reaffirmed continuation of this cooperation by offering comprehensive support to conclude this process successfully.
Minister Hoxha and Ambassador Chabert considered that the reforms undertaken in this process, as well as the progress achieved should enable Kosovo citizens to become part of the visa free movement zone and Kosovo becomes part of the enlargement plans, becoming equal to the neighbouring countries.
