UNDP continues support in European Integration process

Prishtina, 14 February, 2017 – Minister of European Integration, Dhurata Hoxha hosted Mr. Andrew Russell, United Nations Development Program (UNDP) Resident Representative in Kosovo. The meeting discussed up-to-date cooperation between the two institutions, and further deepening of this cooperation.

Upon this occasion, Minister Hoxha emphasised latest developments in Kosovo, key priorities towards the European integration process, respectively the implementation of the Stabilization Association Agreement. Minister Hoxha extended her gratitude to Mr. Russell for his personal commitment in coordinating activities to enable better implementation. Also, Minister Hoxha appreciated UNDPs contribution in building institutional capacities.

On his part, Mr. Russell congratulated Minister Hoxha upon taking the office. Mr. Russell expressed his readiness to extend further the cooperation between the two institutions by recognising the relevance that Ministry for European Integration plays on pushing forward the institutional reforms.
