Prishtina, 1 March 2019 – Minister of European Integration, Dhurata Hoxha, attended the meeting of the Senior Delegation of the European Parliament, led by David McAllister, where were assessed the integration process and Kosovo’s relations with the EU.
“More determined support in building of our democratic institutions was the commitment given in this very welcomed meeting after the Council of Ministers’ delays on visa liberalization”, wrote Minister Hoxha on the Social Network.
Here is the full post of Minister Hoxha on FB:
“Meeting with the Senior delegation of the Euro MPs, led by the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee (AFET) at the same time rapporteur for Serbia, Mr. David McAllister, was an occasion for assessing the integration processes and our relations with the EU.
Euro MPs welcomed the adoption of the legislation foreseen for the integration process, the Laws from the European Reform Agenda and the SAA.
We have provided constant arguments for our commitment to empowering the rule of law, combating organized crime and corruption as our path with no alternative. More determined support in building our democratic institutions was the pledge given in this very welcomed meeting after the Council of Ministers’ delays on visa liberalization. We expect our commitment to the integration process to be appreciated.”
