Prishtine, 7 June 2016 – Minister of European Integration, Mr. Bekim Çollaku together with the EU Special Representative in Kosovo, Mr. Samuel Zhbogar, presented today the X generation of beneficiaries of scholarship “Young Cell”. Minister Çollaku stresses out that 35 of this year’s beneficiaries of Master level scholarships will have the opportunity to study in the area of economy, public administration, as well as, legislation in most prestigious universities in EU Member States. “Through this program ‘Young Cell’ we managed to identify through a rigorous selection process the most talented youngsters of the country. You, scholarship beneficiaries and future colleagues, will be our ambassadors of knowledge in most prestigious European universities”, said Minister Çollaku. Also he emphasized that these scholarship holders will bear the burden and responsibility of changing the public administration in Kosovo. Minister Çollaku also thanked the European Commission for the financial support to the program, as well as, British Council for management of the scholarship “Young Cell”, while wished to the scholarship holders a successful academic year at their studying universities.
