During the meeting, special emphasis was given to the elections process where Minister Çitaku and Mr. Žbogar agreed, and called for elections to be held in a free and democratic spirit, because such process is crucial for Kosovo’s path towards European integration.
Mr. Žbogar expressed his opinion that elections must be free and fair, and have a great participation of citizens and at the same time he promised maximum commitment of European observers.
In this occasion, Minister Çitaku thanked EU representative Mr. Žbogar for participation of the European Union observers who already have started their work in the field.
