Within the framework of the EU Program “Citizens, Equality, Rights and Value – CERV” (“Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values”) the call for proposals for the promotion of gender equality focusing on the improvement of women’s rights is opened, work-life balance, equal pay and challenging gender stereotypes.
The two main priorities of the call are: 1) Addressing the gender care gap, which includes promoting gender transformative approaches, challenging stereotypes and improving women’s participation in the labor market, and 2) Implementing the provisions of the Pay Transparency Directive, which includes the development of gender-sensitive work evaluation tools and awareness campaigns.
Beneficiaries of this call can be public institutions at the central and local level, as well as civil society organizations, with national and international projects. The deadline for submission of proposals is February 29, 2024.

CERV is the EU’s largest program in the field of human rights, European memory and cooperation in the European area and countries aspiring to join the EU. The Republic of Kosovo has signed the agreement with the European Union for Kosovo’s participation in CERV in December 2023.
