Division for Political and Administrative Criteria

The duties and responsibilities of the Division for Political and Administrative Criteria are:

1.1. Coordination of the stabilization-association process, within the Copenhagen political criteria (including the fight against corruption, human and minority rights) and the Madrid criteria;

1.2. Coordination of governmental negotiating structures in the field of European integration, within the Copenhagen political criteria (including the fight against corruption, human and minority rights) and the Madrid criteria;

1.3. Coordination of the preparation, implementation and monitoring of Government documents in the field of European integration, within the political criteria of Copenhagen (including the fight against corruption, human and minority rights) and the criteria of Madrid;

1.4. Coordination of regular reporting to the European Commission, within the Copenhagen political criteria (including the fight against corruption, human and minority rights) and the Madrid criteria;

1.5. Providing support for institutional advancement for the implementation of EU legislation (Acquis), within the Copenhagen political criteria (including the fight against corruption, human and minority rights) and the Madrid criteria;

1.6. Providing support in the process of approximation of the relevant chapters of the Acquis, within the Copenhagen political criteria (including the fight against corruption, human and minority rights) and the Madrid criteria;

The Head of the Division for Political and Administrative Criteria reports to the Director of the Office.
The number of employees within the Division for Political and Administrative Criteria is three (3).
