Division for Public Administration and Rule of Law
The duties and responsibilities of the Division for Public Administration and Rule of Law are:
1.1. Coordination of the planning and programming of EU aid and other donors, in the field of public administration and the rule of law;
1.2. Providing support for the coordination of aid within the EU regional initiatives, in the field of public administration and the rule of law;
1.3. Providing support for the preparation of policies and strategic documents in terms of development cooperation, in the field of public administration and the rule of law;
1.4. Providing support for the preparation of financial agreements between the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo and the EU, in the field of public administration and the rule of law;
1.5. Providing support for the activities of donor coordination structures, in the field of public administration and the rule of law;
1.6. Providing support for the development of capacity building programs, related to the process of coordination of development cooperation, for responsible institutions in the field of public administration and the rule of law.
The Head of the Division for Public Administration and Rule of Law reports to the Director of the Office.
