The Office of the European Union in Kosovo and the Government of Kosovo announce the opening of the call for the XIV Round of applications for the Young Cell Scheme, an EU program for post-graduate scholarships for citizens of Kosovo.

The application is open until Tuesday, 30 April, 2024. Successful candidates will be offered the opportunity to study in one or two-year Master Programs in universities of EU member states. Scholarship Program,  will offer up to 30 full scholarships.

This invitation will be open to the general public and civil servants in the following areas:

1. Legal (including EU law) up to 8 scholarships available.
2. European Integrations up to 10 scholarships available.
3. Public Administration and Human Resources up to 6 scholarships available.
4. Diplomacy up to 6 scholarships available.

As it is an important program, since successful candidates will be offered the opportunity to study in one or two year Master Programs in universities of EU member states and employment in public administration, DMZP invites you to the information session for civil servants of the public administration, which will be held tomorrow (Wednesday), 24 April, 2024, in the Amphitheater in the former Rilindje building, from 10:00 a.m.
