Prishtine, 5 March 2018– Minister of European Integration, Dhurata Hoxha, after the solemn session of the Kosovo Assembly, wrote that it was solemnly marked the 20th anniversary of the Kosovo Liberation Army’s Epopee, “recalling the unprecedented resistance and sacrifice until then in the history of a family facing a state, the Jashari family”.

“Today, with a solemn session in the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo was held the 20th anniversary of the Kosovo Liberation Army’s Epopee, recalling the unprecedented resistance and sacrifice until then in the history of a family facing a state, the Jashari Family.
The morning of 5 March, 1998, was the day of the great turning point, the day that opened the gate to the freedom of Kosovo, reviving the freedom-loving and liberation energies of a people but also of the international community that Kosovo deserved freedom.
Everlasting Glory to the Jashari Family! Everlasting glory to the heroes, martyrs of Kosovo’s freedom!”
