Prishtina, 13 October 2017 – Minister of European Integration, Dhurata Hoxha hosted in a meeting the Ambassador of Hungary in Kosovo, Laszlo Markusz, where was discussed about Kosovo’s integration process, achievements and challenges of this process.
Minister Hoxha expressed her commitment to the dynamism of the integration process, fulfilment of the institutional duties and responsibilities for prompter realization of this national interest.
“I would like to thank Ambassador Markusz and Hungary for the cooperation and assistance provided for all integration processes of our country, and I reiterate once again that in the light of this process, Hungary’s assistance to our country is very welcome”, said Minister Hoxha.
Minister Hoxha thanked the Ambassador for provided support to Kosovo in regional initiatives and integration in international organizations as well as for sharing Hungary’s experience on the integration process.
Ambassador Markusz, expressed his gratitude for the current cooperation, pledging that Hungary will support Kosovo in the integration processes. He stressed that good neighbourly relations and regional cooperation are of great value to the challenges through which Kosovo is going through.
Also, Ambassador Markusz agreed with Minister Hoxha that Kosovo’s only path is the Euro-Atlantic path and values. Cooperation with Hungary is important for Kosovo and Hungary will be Kosovo’s ally in these processes.
