9 April 2019 – Minister of European Integration, Dhurata Hoxha, congratulated citizens on the Constitution Day, pointing out that the Constitution has been built on the will and the right of citizens, fully respecting the freedom, dignity and the rights of every citizen, without distinction.
“It is our inspiration for moving forward towards Euro-Atlantic integrating values. We will be eternally grateful to those who contributed for this achievement,” posted Minister Hoxha in social network.

“Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo is the most important work following the declaration of our independence, which has been built on the will and the right of citizens, fully respecting the freedom, dignity and the rights of every citizen without distinction, as provided for in internationally-recognized conventions.
Built on the most progressive tradition of our citizens, the Constitutions constitutes the cornerstone and the pride of the generation of independence, serving to the needs, opportunities and aims of our country.
